In my previous posts, I've mentioned to you that Toastmasters International is the cure for your professional development deficiencies.

DEFICIENCY #3: Lacks Communication Skills

Membership in the world’s most prestigious organization for communication skills will resolve this deficiency almost instantaneously!

The professional development deficiency of “lacks communication skills” translates into many things in the professional environment including but not limited to: 

• “Not speaking directly or clearly enough”
• “Does not verbally address issues when they arise”
• “Avoids providing sufficient or frequent updates to supervisors and/or staff.”

You will receive consistent practice with communicating in a variety of ways to help keep club members informed and on track.
