4. Obtain the balance you need to become successful in all areas of your life: You will participate in regular group life coaching and will be assigned a 5 minute daily regimen.

5. Develop new systemic habits and patterns of prosperity: You will become a new person, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. This transformation is the essential element to your long-term success.


WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME FOR W.E.A.L.T.H. UNIVERSITY?

1. You must be willing to face the truth and you must be willing to fix it. This means you will review your credit report, your budget, your bank statements, your retirement goals, and your streams of income.

2. You must commit to one individual 60-minute coaching session with Lynn Richardson per month. This will be an individual session set specifically around your goals and your personal financial situation.

3. You will work with Lynn Richardson to create a Financial Success Strategy and you must log in daily to report your progress.

4. You must be an advanced or master coaching client with Compass and participate in a minimum of 2 group coaching sessions per month. Remember, more money doesn’t solve a money problem. If it did, millionaires wouldn’t go bankrupt. Since money doesn’t solve the problem by itself, you will need to align all of the other areas in your life in order to achieve permanent transformation. This will be supported by a daily MAP (Monthly Action Plan) designed especially for you to get through this year of transformation.


WHAT IS MY INVESTMENT FOR W.E.A.L.T.H. UNIVERSITY?

W.E.A.L.T.H. UNIVERSITY WILL PAY FOR ITSELF. You will learn to save and invest far more than you spend on tuition. This is guaranteed. After you make your initial deposit, you will have enough money that you ‘find’ during our private sessions and you will save this money. The cost of coaching is $39 per month (advanced) or $59 per month (master) and the tuition for W.E.A.L.T.H. University is $1200 for the year ($100 monthly): Payable in 4 installments:

HOW DO I ENROLL IN W.E.A.L.T.H. UNIVERSITY?

1. First, Send Lynn Richardson an e-mail at coach@lynnrichardson.com and reply with a simple “YES!” Her staff will send you an invoice for payment and the next steps for getting started.

2. Second, Gather ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

a. Your last 4 bank statements – all pages. Don’t be embarrassed, you cannot fix what you will not face. I’ve been there before and so has she.

b. Your credit report – order all three credit reports with your credit score at www.truecredit.com.

c. Your retirement statements

d. Your bankruptcy papers

e. Your mortgage statements

f. Every bill you pay that you can think of, such as:

i. Rent, mortgage, taxes, credit cards
ii. Student loan papers
iii. All automatic withdrawals
iv. All memberships (for the entire year)
v. Utilities, cell phone, etc
vi. Everything
