From Speaker to Trainer - What Are the Steps?

As of lately, I've received several inquiries from people looking to find out more information on how to take their speaking experience and parlay it into a training career or how to better enhance their current training experiences.

Since I have over five years experience of working as a corporate trainer and sponsoring a successful Toastmasters club, I thought it best to conduct a workshop to provide some insight on how to move from a speaker to a trainer in an effective and easy way.
