Combating Holiday Stress is the Focus of Upcoming SSANEE Seminar

CHICAGO, IL – Using effective stress management techniques to combat stress during the holiday season is the focus of the SSANEE Seminar Series session entitled “Ouch, It Hurts! How to Overcome Stress During the Holiday Season” which will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Wrightwood-Ashburn Public Branch Library, 8530 S. Kedzie Ave.

Author, self-development expert, professional speaker, and national trainer Cassandra “D.I.V.A. of Dialog™” Lee will conduct this seminar to help audience members to uncover their holiday stressors while providing them with practical and effective ways to effectively combat their holiday stressors.

She says, “The holidays are supposed to be a joyous time for us all; yet some of us have a hard time being happy and healthy during this time. It is my goal to help attendees figure out why their joy cannot flow and provide them with ways to help it return.”

“Ouch, It Hurts!
